Best Volumizing Products for FINE HAIR Review and Recommendations:

Everything starts in the shower when it comes to achieving the style you want. Set yourself up for success.  

Before beginning this routine: if your hair looks dull or feels weighed down it may have some mineral or product build-up on it that may be preventing you from getting the most volume out of your style. Or if you use a lot of hairspray or dry shampoo. Wash with a clarifying shampoo to remove any of these impurities.

Start with a volumizing shampoo and conditioner – My favorite is the Formula 18 Bodifying Shampoo + Bodifying Conditioner. Don’t skip the conditioner, your hair will style more easily and will remain healthier when properly moisturized. Skipping the conditioner can make hair dry and brittle, and if you add volumizing products on top of that you will only achieve a lot of static.  

Once you have the foundation for your volumized style prepped for success, go ahead and add in your styling product. These are all my favorite volumizing products (across all brands – just ones that impress me that I like to work with) that will give volume and hold to your style but won’t weigh it down at all.
