Formula 18 – How it’s going

I’ve been using Formula 18 at my studio for over a year now, and I absolutely love it.  Backstory:  When I was first introduced to Formula 18 I really had 0 interest in trying out another line let alone investing in one… But it literally was so good, I couldn’t get it into the salon fast enough.  I’ve been working with the product line for about 2 years now in total, and I haven’t found anything that even comes close. 

 The feedback I get from clients at the studio when I treat their hair and style it is that it feels so soft and looks really healthy.  Part of that is fresh color, a good haircut, and my blowout,  but then when they take the product home and use it on their own, the feedback is even more unanimous.  They LOVE it.  I’ve had so many guests tell me how different their hair feels, how much silkier it has been, less frizzy, easy to comb, shiny, and less coarse-feeling.  

I use it myself and I can see a noticeable difference.  My hair is way shinier than it ever was before, and it’s breaking less even though I’m using more hot tools than ever.  It doesn’t ever way the hair down, and even the hydrating formula rinses super clean and doesn’t leave any film on the hair at all.  I have fine hair, and I use the hydrating formula all the time because I wear hand-tied extensions and extension hair is always thirsty.  

The only complaint so far from any of my guests has been that it actually makes their hair too soft.  But other than that, I’m really happy with the entire product line and I’m looking forward to trying out their color line next!  🙂
