Bedtime Hair Routine

Want better hair while you get your beauty sleep?

β–ͺ️brush out all the tangles  – knots that keep getting roughed up against the pillow will turn into matting which could cause damage and require cutting to be removeπŸ™€

β–ͺ️apply a moisturizing serum to your ends for hydration –  #f18hair repair oil is amazing and smells like gummy bears 

β–ͺ️apply topical growth serum – I have been using @grandehair and I’ve actually noticed an improvement in density (not everyone needs this one, only if your hair is thinning)

β–ͺ️wrap hair in a silk scarf or satin sleep cap – @kitch makes a great one 

β–ͺ️sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase  – just please not cotton bc the cotton fibers pull at fragile hairs, adding to frizz, roughing it up, and eventually tearing it
